Webforms and PDFs
Try these previews and experience self-service workflows that eliminate rekeying. Users click links, fill out Webforms, and receive emails with PDF or MS Word documents attached. The user responses are then available for your teams to work with from the Workspace. When needed, you can configure integrations to send data and documents to other systems. You can use these forms, edit these forms and documents or Configure New Applications specific to your needs.
  • Select Preview document to view the PDF template.
  • Select Test form for an interactive end user experience.
  • Select Get form to use the online ready Applications.

  • Select the image to expand and preview the form's appearance.
  • Select Preview document to open tab and display the PDF template that generates for that form.
  • Select Test form for the live and interactive end user experience.
    • - Enter email address, first name, last name and then select "Get code".
    • - Open email, copy and enter passcode, and select "Submit".
    • - Fill the webform and receive a self-serve document.
  • Select Get form imports the Application for use from your Workspace.
    • - Selecting this button opens a new browser tab to the Application's site.
    • - If you have not previously registered, select "Sign up" in the middle of the dialog. Otherwise, just login and skip the next bullets.
    • - Either enter a username and password or select login with Google, Linked or Microsoft 365.
    • - An access code will be sent to your email address. Open email, copy and enter passcode, accept terms and select "Validate".
    • - Select "Import" from the dialog and the Category and Application will display in the left panel of the Workspace: when finished importing.
