Subscriptions are available month to month or annually at discounted rates. Subscriptions allow teams to use preconfigured forms, modify or create new forms, and work with end user submissions in the Workspace. End users selecting and filling forms placed on web pages, sent through email and used in REST service integrations do not incur license fees. They are only restricted by the subscription's new submission and storage limit. An unlimited number of types of forms can be on a subscription only restricted by the storage limit other than free subscriptions which are limited to 5 applications. There is no monthly view limit. Subscriptions include applications, integrations, Webforms, document generation and automation. One of the total user licenses is used for each super user license.

Subscriptions paid annually receive a 10% discount.
Super user license allows Application configuration and Workspace Records Management.
Workspace license allows Workspace Records Management.
New submissions are accumulated and reset monthly as Forms or Services create new Records. Updates do not accumulate or count against this limit.
You have a portal and you want to place links on that portal for your clients and employees to use. End users clicking those links are not charged licensing usage fees. The subscription limits and total monthly submissions are all that will restrict this.
You send links in emails for clients or employees to use. End users clicking these links are not required to have licenses. The subscription limits and total monthly submissions are all that will restrict this.
You have integrations that create the same Records as the Webform links. The submissions sent through the REST services are not required to have licenses. The subscription limits and total monthly submissions are all that will restrict this.
Members of your total users are creating Records from the Workspace. The subscription limits, new monthly submissions and total number of users are restricted. If the links are sent from the Workspace to employees or clients, those users are not required to have licenses and are only restricted by storage and new submission restriction limits.
Usage is tallied across all the forms applied to the subscription. You are not charged or limited by the number of applications, or different types of forms, in your subscription.
